  • Customer assistance in terms of lost & found, emergency announcements, first aid, wheelchairs, prams, gift wrapping services, emergency evacuation, information on shops, events & facilities at the mall, etc.
  • Proven system for registering & directing complaints, generating status reports, tracking average time for attending & solving problems to the satisfaction of customer.
  • Designing, implementing & managing the Customer Loyalty program at the mall.
  • Collection & analysis of a) sales data from the retailers, to determine the sales patterns, seasonal swings, category performance etc. b) footfall data to understand the flow of traffic from various vantage points, at different times & levels across the mall.
  • Conducting dip stick research to find out customer satisfaction levels & feedback on various facilities/ services/ events/ promotions at the mall.
